Not by default, the same way you count nights in a hotel. Tick Include the end date to count it.
Which holidays are skipped?
The 11 US federal holidays, on the day they are observed: when a holiday falls on a weekend, the Friday before or Monday after.
How do I find a date 90 days from today?
